On 16th May the Year 11 Geographers visited the Coomera River Catchment area stopping at Jabiru Island, Oxenford Weir and Tamborine Botanical Gardens. Students and teachers had a fantastic day out recording data for the students forthcoming report with highlights including sightings of an Osprey, a Stingray, and getting ankle deep in some mud flats searching for Crabs and Yabbies.
