Term 4 Week 7.
Speech Night was a fabulous night and thank you to the many parents who conveyed their congratulations on a great evening. The list of Speech Night Awards is on our website and the 2015 DVD is there also for anyone wishing to download it – from anywhere in the world for distant relatives. All older DVDs are also on the website for viewing – it is quite an historical journey with me getting remarkably older each year! The 20 Year Anniversary DVD is also on our website – it really does tell the story of the College and the young boy in the film clip back in 1995 is actually Andy Sawden, who was our guest speaker at Speech Night.
The next day after Speech Night, we were so lucky to have a surprise visit from Santa, with his elf, who was checking up on the boys and girls and even our teachers. It was fun and everyone received a Xmas cracker! Our graduating Yr 12 class had some very serious sessions on safe driving and Schoolies.
The Yr 12 Formal is on tonight at the Versace so we are expecting a fabulous end to the year for our Yr 12 and we wish them all the very best in the future.
Last week for students is next week! A big thank you to the Ramiah family for supplying supper for the Prep Gala night next Tuesday.
The secondary European Trip planned for June holidays next year has been put on hold due to the current Terrorist concerns.

Parent Parking: Please ensure that you drop and pick-up your child in the TMC car park. You can use the short stay zone for this or park, or if collecting your child who has not shown yet, you can drive around again. It is fine to park outside the College on the grass verge our side but please do not park opposite the College. There is no pedestrian crossing and very limited space off the road itself, therefore deemed unsafe.
Car Park: Please keep to the speed limit of 10km as pedestrians are in this area too. Please walk safely through the car park – stay alert at all times. Often cars are reversing and may not see you so ensure that your children walk with you, rather than wander or rush ahead to your vehicle. The car park is being extended as part of the next building stage.
Bus Bay: We are planning an extension of the bus bay during the holidays – in readiness for the start of the school year 2016.
Primary Campus 2016: TMC Board has approved next stage of development for Primary being Prep and Yr 1 buildings which are positioned in front of the existing building and adds another 4 classrooms to that campus – due for completion semester 2 2016
Have a safe and enjoyable weekend.
