This year Visual Art students entered more than fifty individual artworks into the Tamborine Mountain Show. Artworks ranged from paintings, drawings, prints and mixed media to 3D objects such as pottery and sculpture.

In the Under 14 Junior Class Phoebe Fenton- Marshall was awarded Second Prize in the category of Any Subject whilst Sharene Chai received first prize for her Landscape painting. Owen Castley was awarded first prize in the Junior Class Arts and Crafts for his animal made from recycled materials.

Abby Hamel took out the second prize Junior Class 14 – 18 yrs in the category of Landscape/Seascape alongside Yohanna Cook who also received second prize for her horse portrait Any Subject.

As well as being awarded for her individual artworks in the Under 14 Junior Class: second prize Still Life/Abstract, first prize Any Subject, first prize Landscape/Seascape and first prize Still Life//Abstract in the Open category student Meg Jamieson was also awarded for the Junior Under 14 Class: Most Successful Exhibitor, Junior Encouragement Award and Most Successful in Class.
