(Photos below) This year 44 students and 5 teachers took to the slope of Mt Hotham, Victoria. This year turned out to be on of the best on record in terms of snow coverage with the entire mountain open to ski or board. Students and teachers spent five days on snow improving their skills on the terrain. On Wednesday night the group were treated to night skiing on the Big D. This was an enjoyable experience to be able to ski at night under lights. On Friday we had to say goodbye to Hotham and hello to Melbourne. The next day students were able to view the World War One Exhibition at the Melbourne Museum followed by exploring the lane ways, cafes and shopping districts that Melbourne famously offers. That afternoon we flew back into the Gold Coast to be reunited with our parents and loved ones.
