Tamborine Mountain College competed in the Hinterland Independent Alliance (HIA) swim meet on Wednesday. The meet allowed our swimmers an opportunity to warm-up for districts with a little friendly competition from Hills College and The Kooralbyn International School (TKIS). The day was a huge success for our swimmers, with TMC taking home the overall points championship. TMC finished the day with a resounding 493 points. Second place went to TKIS on 283 points with Hills in 3rd place on 267 points. The day was topped off with our school securing a number of age champions including:

12 Boys – Jayden Gower
• 13 Girls – Audrey Marsh
• 14 Boys – Caleb Pokai
• 15 Girls – Riyani Kettle
• 15 Boys – James King
• 16 Girls – Lilly Sarroff
• 17 & Open Boys – Jeremy Kettle

The next major swim meet will be Monday 23rd February at The Southport Pool, more details will follow.
