This week’s House Swimming Carnival was a huge success with a large number of swimmers competing to earn points for their House. Staff were very impressed with the number of swimmers who swam in the competitive 50m events. A number of age groups were particularly good with many close races fought and won. Students should be congratulated on their behaviour, enthusiasm and House spirit throughout the day. There can only be one winner! Ultimately,  the House with the most dedication and participation usually wins and in this case Nicholls was victorious once again. Nicholls won with a resounding 442 points. Walton was inspiring in 2nd place with 395 points and Kyle came in 3rd with a points total of 368.

A huge thankyou to the Teachers who helped make this the best Swimming Carnival yet and a special thank you to Mr Byrnes, our Sports Teacher, who worked so hard to make this event successful. Without our wonderful Teachers, events like this would not be successful and student achievement would not be as evident.
